Global Press Release Distribution:
LONDON – Sept. 9, 2024 – QinFlow announces the launch of the Warrior lite AC in EMEA,
APAC, and Canada*, offering the renowned features and warming capabilities of the Warrior lite with a
newly integrated AC power module. Over the past years, Warrior lite has set the standard in the emergency care market for its unmatched ability to warm fluids efficiently. Its compact and simple-to-operate design, robust durability, reliable warming performance, and affordable per-use price have earned the trust of thousands of emergency care professionals worldwide, in field, hospital, and combat settings. With the new AC Power Supply module for the Warrior lite, emergency-care professionals have the flexibility to operate the device with either a battery or an AC power source.
“This innovation represents a significant step towards our goal of making blood and fluid warming as
seamless and convenient as possible for emergency professionals and their patients. We are in the business of saving lives, and we are thrilled to bring forward a solution that simplifies the work of physicians and nurses,” says Edan Naiberg, QinFlow Vice President EMEA.
Thanks to its compact and user-friendly design, Warrior lite AC is ideal for Surgery Suites and Intensive
Care Units. For Emergency Departments, Trauma Bays and far-forward surgery teams, where portability is
a key requirement, the Warrior lite Hybrid – a dual-mode configuration offering both battery and AC
power sources – is the perfect solution.
Consistent with all other Warrior and Warrior lite configurations, the Warrior lite AC and Warrior lite
Hybrid operate with QinFlow’s aluminium-free Compact Disposable Unit (or CDU). Perfected over
approximately 150,000 cases of field utilizations, the CDU, which contains the warming apparatus, warms
blood and fluids in seconds from KVO and up to very high flow rates. The CDU was validated to perform exceptionally well with continuous flow (e.g. gravity, pump, or pressure bag) as well as with rapid bolus
flows, such as those generated by push-pull methods, hand pumps, syringes, or other manual flow-inducing devices. By utilizing the same consumable across all platforms, moving a patient from one setting to the next across the continuum of care requires to simply unplug the CDU from one device and re-plug it to the next device. In areas where every second counts, this saves considerable time as well as budgets.
Edan Naiberg concluded by offering a glimpse into the future: “The Warrior lite AC provides hospitals
with outstanding fluid warming capabilities at an affordable price. We’re looking forward to introducing
additional breakthrough innovation in the near future. We stay committed to deliver superior patient care
at an affordable price“.
* The Warrior lite AC or Warrior lite Hybrid are not offered in the USA
